Alright so I finally went ahead and took pictures. The real reason I had not was because I was waiting for the house to be spotless but lets face it, that will never happen. So here are some shots of our new home. Please ignore the mess:

PRESSING MY LUCK

I will probably jinx myself by posting this but below is a picture of Connor sleeping just into his 12th hour straight this morning. It was nice to get more sleep than my husband for once : ) He slept past 8 am!

We had a great weekend. Friday after going to the park we watched a rental after the boys went down. Saturday it was 80 again so we went for a nice family walk. We were walking to the park but the kids fell asleep so we stopped into a restaurant/bar and ate wings and salad and intended to watch basketball but English Premier League Soccer was on so naturally our eyes were mostly on that game. After that we cleaned up a little and went to a cook out that friends from college invited us to. It was great, he is married now with 2 kids and they had four other couples there who all had kids too. Kids everywhere, huge fenced yard, tons of toys and food and dogs, swing set, guitar hero. We are pretty sure it was Ben's best day of his life (aside from beach days in Spain). He was everywhere and keeping up with the oldest of the bunch, a 5 year old. The parents had a great time too and it was very exciting to meet other young moms with lives as crazy as ours! Yay, I love Statesboro :)

Sadly Uncle Sam left early Sunday morning. Ben left the house at 4:00 am to drive him to the airport .It was great having you Sam, thanks for lending a hand all those times! Come again anytime you'd like!

Then we hit up church; one we went to when we were in college here. It is huge now and pretty awesome. Then ran tons of errands the rest of the day. I finally got all of the finishing touches for our bed (my 30th birthday gift was new bedding for our bed, now that I am old that is the sort of stuff I want now, haha) but sadly found out that the duvet cover is too big and I got two sets of Euro shams instead of one set of standard and one set of Euro. That is what happens when you are with two kids and rushing. And there is no pottery barn for miles and miles away. So there goes extra money that we don't have in shipping. I cannot wait to show you all a picture once we get it all together!...and pictures of our new place that I still have not taken!

SPRING IS A DAY EARLY!

Loved the weather today! 77 and sunny, not a cloud in the sky. Ben, Sam, the kids and myself decided to take advantage of it and go to a park for a few hours. Too bad it was not like this on St. Patrick's Day.




























On St. Patrick's Day we went to Charleston for the day and stayed the night a friends house. Ben and I have gone to Charleston during this week I think 4 out of the 6 years that we have been married. It is always his spring break, we do our taxes down there with the best tax guy, and it is my birthday (!)and there are also always MLS teams playing in town that week so it gives us several reasons to go. Not that St.Patrick's day is not reason enough, it is always such a great day and everyone seems to be in the best mood.

But yes, I did mention it was my birthday...and it was a big one. I turned 30 : ) And I am not a bit sad about it. These are supposed to be the best years. And to be honest, last year I lied about my age a few times and told people I was 30 to earn a little more respect. People would see me toting around little Ben and pregnant again with Connor and ask with that tone "how old are you!" I also remember doing it to a patient once. ...they always assume that I was 18. I am glad some people think I look so young (but remember these were sick people). So anyway now I wont have to do that anymore :)

Otherwise, Sam is still here, he celebrated his 22nd birthday with us. Shockingly the boys have not not run him off yet! We also have not done anything with the house this week since he is here. So that just prolongs the picture and posting of the new place. There are several more pictures from the week on Shutterfly!

FAMILY IN TOWN

Moving down here we thought we would hardly get to see the Freakley side of the family anymore. However, this weekend we were fortunate enough to see the majority of the group. Sam is on spring break and decided to stay the week with us. Will's rugby team was participating in the Savannah St. Patrick's Day Rugby tournament so he came down with his wife and Ben Sr had an engagement in Charleston for work so he and Susan spent the weekend with us. We had loads of fun and ate great food.

Sorry to all fellow followers, but I am sad to say I have no new house pictures to post as I stated earlier in the week that I probably would. We have not made any headway the past 2 nights. Ben has had to go back into the office one night and tonight he crashed by 9:30...I cannot do it alone!

I have done a lot of hanging out with the kids however so here are some more pictures of them!!!

Also, it could be a fluke but the 3 roomies (Mom, Pop, and Connor) were hanging out this am before Booter awoke and Connor rolled over from belly to side to back. Slow process but he did it! We will see if he does it again.
